1) Please download the form (admission form) +(admit card) ( and send it to admission office duly completed in all respects, along with Rs.1500 (Rs. 700/- Application Package fee + Rs. 800/- Application Processing fee) for local applicants and US $ 135 from abroad. Attach online receipt of Rs. 1500/- of Habib Babnk Ltd. A/C No. 19790000085901 for local applicants and US $ 135 for Foreign Applicants of HBL A/C No. 19790002044611.
Note: No Cheque/Demand Draft will accepted.
2) If you are applying for financial assistance, you are required to download and fill the financial assistance form and forward the completed form along with a processing fee of Rs. 500.
3) Download Sample Question Paper.
4) The application form should be completed in its original format.
