GIKI's first TEDx event to take place in AHA Auditorium on May 4th
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share in a TED-like experience. At TEDxGIKI and other TEDx events, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x=independently organized TED event. The TED conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.
Diversity is the basic element that gives color to this world of ours. If you inspect anything closely, every element of its creation would be different from one another; yet, they would be bound intricately, combining the diversity into one shape, creating a marvel. TEDxGIKI is also working on the same line; mapping down the diversity that is spread around us and bringing it together on one platform; hence, diversity unified.
We aim to bring together the scientists and engineers; the artists and performers; the professors and the experts; and most importantly the ordinary citizen, to create a platform; which ideas and inspirations are displayed and shared.
What we hope to achieve through TEDx GIKI is that anyone, anywhere is capable of the most spectacular feats. We hope to provide these feats with a stage so that everyone is aware of them. We hope to that at the end of the day, we conclude that even the ordinary are capable of the extraordinary, and that too on our homeland, Pakistan.
So, let us join hand together and step forward to celebrate and cherish what we can achieve by unifying the diversity that makes us all unique, yet one! Join us at TEDxGIKI and help ignite the fire, whose light makes this world a better place for all of us!
Registrations for Attendee Open! Register Now.
