- Bank
A branch of HBL is situated in the campus. It has the facility of bank lockers, foreign currency accounts, and online banking. Students can open an account in the bank to meet their various banking needs. Monthly mess bill is also submitted in the bank.
- Barber
A barber shop is also located in the shopping block. Measures are taken to ensure that the quality of service meets the required levels.
- Cobbler
A cobbler also sits in the shopping block to provide his services.
- Courier Service
GIKI is connected with all parts of the country by many prominent postal services such as Pakistan Post, TCS, Leopards etc. Your couriered mail is brought to your very room by the concerned courier service. Other mail is placed in the dining hall of your hostel.
- Laundry
A laundry shop is also located in the shopping block which provides laundry and ironing services at nominal charges. Servicemen from the laundry shop visit every hostel twice a week to collect washable clothes and to distribute washed and ironed clothes to their owners.
- Photocopy
Photocopying can be done either from the Service Center located next to the Cafe or from the PCO-cum-printshop located in the shopping block.
- Shopping Area
There is an adequate shopping block located in the campus. It consists of two general stores, two juice and shake corners, a vegetable and fruit shop, a laundry, a post office, a PCO-cum-printshop, a restaurant and a stationery shop.
