Pro-Rector(Academic) message for students

On-Campus Jobs for Undergraduate Students - Graphic Designing and Branding

The Catalyst GIK Incubator intends to offer on campus job to students of all faculties to be placed in Incubation Centre. Applications are invited from the eligible and deserving students of the Institute in following areas

  1. Graphic Designing and Branding

Skills Required:

  • Well versed in communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Knowledge of latest technologies (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc)
  • Motivated
  • Pro-active/ self- initiator
  • Energetic
  • Patience/ability to work under pressure

Terms of Reference:

  1. Sophomore or third year undergraduate students with CGPA of 2.7/4.00 and above;
  2. The selected student(s) will be required to work for a maximum of 10 hours per week (or 20 hours during summer if not taking summer semester) as long as the following criteria are met;
  3. The student maintains good academics status;
  4. Student should remain available during the summer, if required;
  5. Satisfactory performance report submitted by the Dean/Head of Department concerned;
  6. The remuneration amount (Rs. 200/- per hour) will be paid to students in cash/ adjustment in Mess bills on monthly basis.
  7. Students hired on “On Campus Jobs” as will report to Director Incubation.
  8. Students will be allotted a shared office at The Catalyst GIK Incubator.
  9. At the beginning of each week, student must agree the schedule of work for that week with Director Incubation.
  10. Director Incubation will monitor the progress of students on the assigned tasks
  11. Office Assistant Mr. Nizar will maintain a record of the progress made by the students. He will also maintain a register of attendance to record the number of hours worked by students each day.
  12. At the end of each month, Mr. Nizar will send the attendance record to accounts for making payments to the students.


All interested students are advised to submit their applications along with updated CV’s through their Deans/HoD concerned to Director Incubation, latest by December 15th, 2019.
