Engr. Bilour Khan, graduate of FES, GIK Institute of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Topi topped the CSS written Exam 2021 throughout Pakistan
Engr. Bilour Khan did his BS in Engineering Sciences in 2015 and joined Faculty of Engineering Sciences in August – 2015 as Electronic Engineer. He left for higher studies and joined LUT University, Finland in 2018 from where he got his MS degree. Currently he has been pursuing his PhD from Finland.
