ON CAMPUS JOBS FOR UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS

The institute intends to offer on campus job to one student of Management Sciences Department to be placed in the Finance Department. Applications are invited from the eligible and deserving students of the Institute for recovery of financial assistance loan through On-campus assignments on part time basis:

 

Finance Coordinator

Terms of Reference:

 

  1. Sophomore or third year undergraduate students of MGS with CGPA of 2.7/4.00 and above;

  2. The selected student(s) will be required to work for a maximum of 10 hours per week (or 20 hours during summer) as long as the following criteria are met;

  3. The student maintains good academics status;

  4. Student should remain available during the summer, if required;

  5. Satisfactory performance report submitted by the Dean/Head of Department concerned;

  6. The remuneration amount (Rs. 200/- per hour) will be paid to students in cash/ adjustment in Mess bills on monthly basis.

  7. Students hired on “On Campus Jobs” as Finance Coordinator in Finance Department will report to Director Finance.

  8. Students will be allotted a shared office adjacent to the office of Director Finance.

  9. At the beginning of each week, student must agree the schedule of work for that week with Director Finance.

  10. Miss Ayesha (Assistant Director Finance) will monitor the progress of students on the assigned tasks and will maintain a record of the progress made by the students. She will also maintain a register of attendance to record the number of hours worked by students each day.

  11. At the end of each month, Miss Ayesha will send the attendance record to accounts for making payments to the students.

 

All interested students are advised to submit their applications through their Deans/HoD concerned to AD HR (Room No. 10), latest by April 12, 2018.
